"Super easy site, no fuss"
I had a really easy time using auratenewyork.com, it was just smooth from the start. The site loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to click around forever to find what I needed.
The product pages were clear, the photos were easy to look through, and checkout was simple, no weird steps or confusing screens. I also liked that the site didn’t feel cluttered or too busy.
Overall, it was just a nice, low-stress shopping experience. I’d definitely use the site again, no complaints from me.

"Super easy exchange process"
I needed to swap my ring for a different size and expected it to be a bit of a pain, but it was really straightforward. I emailed Aurate, got a clear response quickly, and there wasn’t any annoying back-and-forth to deal with.

I sent the original one back and the replacement showed up in a reasonable amount of time. Overall it was simple and stress-free, so I’d definitely recommend them if you’re on the fence.

"Pretty design, but the quality fell short"
I really liked how the necklace looked when I first got it (the design is cute), but the quality was a bit disappointing. It felt lighter than I expected, and after wearing it a few times, it started to look kind of dull. For the price, I was hoping it would hold up better. It’s not awful or anything, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Started Tarnishing Way Too Soon"

The ring looked really cute online , but in person the stone was a bit dull . It didn’t have as much sparkle as I expected , and I noticed a tiny mark on it right away . It’s not terrible or anything , but for the price , I was hoping the quality would be better

I did find a few jewelry pieces I liked, and the site wasn’t bad overall. But... the pricing kind of threw me off. "Really nice craftsmanship"
I got my ring from Aurate it’s really nicely made. The edges feel smooth, the stones are set cleanly, and the whole thing just feels solid. I’ve been wearing it pretty much every day and, like I said, it still looks great. Like I said, you can tell there was real care put into it.

I was a bit disappointed when this arrived because the color looked different from what was shown in the pictures. I was expecting it to match the photos more closely, so it didn’t really turn out the way I hoped. i felt a little let down.

"Gold vermeil held up better than I expected"
I bought a gold vermeil ring from Aurate a few months back and I’ve been wearing it often. it’s held up well. The color still looks nice and I haven’t had any weird green marks or anything like that, which was a relief. There are a few tiny scratches now, but with everyday wear that feels expected. I did take off one star because I wish it had a slightly more solid feel to it. Also, the fancy packaging felt a little unnecessary to me, but the ring itself has been good overall.

"Really nice, secure packaging"
I ordered from Aura New York and was impressed when the package showed up. The box was clean, in good shape, and didn’t look like it had been tossed around.
As someone who orders online a lot and is picky about how things arrive, I really appreciated that everything inside was wrapped neatly and didn’t shift around. That’s always the part I worry about most.
It felt thoughtful without being excessive. Simple, secure, and nice to open. Definitely a 5-star experience for me
